1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using aptcv, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use aptcv for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on aptcv
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Account

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your computer and account
• All activities that occur under your account or password
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Billing cycles are set on a regular basis.

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using our service, including your CV and related materials. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not share, sell, or use your content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service

7. AI-Powered Features

Our service includes AI-powered features to assist in CV creation. While we strive for accuracy, the AI suggestions are provided "as is" and should be reviewed and verified by you. You are solely responsible for the final content of your CV and any decisions made based on AI suggestions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall aptcv, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to delete your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].

12. Changes to Terms
